I grew up in Bradford Vermont the son of a real estate broker/developer. I started my real estate career in the late 1980's hanging my license at my fathers real estate company. Here I immersed myself into all the facets of the real estate industry from representing buyers and sellers in the homes to the acquiring of land, doing subdivision and development work and of course, home building.

With a desire to expand my real estate background, I earned a Masters of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Denver Colorado. Soon there after I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and focused my attention on selling commercial property. My focus included shopping centers, Multi-Family, Industrial, and Land.

I recently have returned to settle in my hometown, picking up where I left off yet moving forward with wide range of real estate skills that my clients will benefit from.

As mentioned above, I can also offer the client expertise and service in the real estate development and construction area. I manage R Huntington Construction, LLC . I can assist you with all of your development needs from the purchase to the subdivision/ Act 250 process to the sale or your real estate. I can even service you building and excavation requirements.
